Aligning Sales & Marketing.
Accelerating Growth.

What We Do
For companies looking to accelerate growth and achieve efficiencies of scale, a Dynamic Marketing Center (DMC) helps companies align their Sales and Marketing activities. We leverage the best in digital marketing technologies to create innovative and field-tested systems for bringing products to market faster and gaining competitive edge.
How We Do It
DMS centralizes all your marketing assets on a password-protected portal. Marketing can create and control messaging and graphics standards—and, because the portal is accessible anywhere there’s an internet connection, Sales can easily get the materials they need, and customize them to their market.
|
How It Helps You
When Sales can personalize offers and messages to specific audience segments, your company benefits from more relevant and compelling communications. Your customers’ understanding of your value proposition is expanded. Brand recognition and awareness is enhanced through consistent messaging. Digital measurement and analysis tools drive increased ROI. Better economies of scale are created through improved supply chain management.
Beyond Dynamic Marketing
We’re also able to help you reach new audiences and expand markets through interactive media services. And our global print network allows you to create materials in one location and transmit them electronically to a printer near the materials destination, saving substantially on shipping costs, providing quicker turnaround, and creating a better environment for everyone.

Sustainability is a journey, not a destination.
Making our lives and our economy sustainable is a becoming a top priority for more corporations with each passing year.
Overview:
While sustainability measurement systems such as as the Dow Jones Sustainability
Index
and LEED have been gaining momentum for a decade,
ideas for sustainable marketing have been harder to find– at least ideas that can be implemented today and can make an immediate impact.
The core of sustainability standards are published by the International Standards Organization in ISO 14001.
For a quick overview see Wikipedia. The ISO documents themselves are available
from American National Standards Insitute
Sustainability in Marketing:
Dynamic Marketing Systems has launched Design DynamicTM; a unified marketing platform that allows corporations and institutions to establish a baseline for ISO 14001 monitoring and begin realizing immediate economic benefits.
|
Unlike many sustainability initiatives, Design Dynamic is first and foremost a workforce efficiency and cost saving strategy; its sustainability benefits flow from the need to use scarce resources as effectively as possible.
Design Dynamic begins with the premise there are no 'one size fits all' solutions, and each organization has different opportunities. Some of the benefits offered by the Design Dynamic models include:
- reduced carbon footprint
- reduced fuel component costs in all inventory items
- reduced waste stream
- reduced cost associated with inventory, waste disposal, landfill
- eliminate the toxins associated with de-inking and downcycling products
- use of recyclable as well as recycled materials
- reducing production spend
- improved worker productivity and satisfaction
- higher margins associated with improved customer loyalty
- more precise measurement of marketing spend and return on investment
- ease of monitoring year over year improvements in ISO 14001 compliance items.

Dynamic Marketing Systems/ICBA Survey Finds
Marketing Budgets to Remain Intact for Community Banks
Norcross, Ga. and Washington, D.C., April 8, 2009 – Dynamic Marketing Systems and the Independent Community Bankers Association (ICBA) released results of a new survey about community marketing practices and their plans for 2009.
The survey showed more than half of the community banks expect to spend the same amount on their marketing efforts in 2009 as in 2008. Of the 19 percent of respondents who expect their marketing budget to increase this year, the average projected increase is 14 percent.
Fifty-five percent of respondents reported non-salary marketing expenditures of less than $50K, with community banks with $500K or more in assets reporting marketing budgets of more than $250K. Community banks with assets under $1 billion more often reported plans to increase their marketing budgets in 2009, while community banks with assets greater than $1 billion were more likely to say they were planning to decrease their marketing budgets in 2009.
“It’s reassuring that even in today’s challenging economic environment, most community banks are planning to keep their spending for marketing efforts to customers steady,” said Karen Tyson, ICBA senior vice president of communications. “The current marketplace presents enormous opportunity for community banks to capture market share as banking customers look to do business with an institution they can trust. An adequate marketing budget coupled with a good marketing strategy should help them community banks reach these customers.”
The survey found that community banks generally rely on mass marketing and positive word-of-mouth communications. On average, those surveyed said they allocated the bulk of their marketing budgets to advertising (43%), community events and sponsorships (22%), direct
mail (10%) and promotional materials and signage (10%). Additionally, 37 percent of those responding reported using marketing research and database marketing solutions like MCIF or CRM systems.
More than half of respondents said they promoted new products and services during 2008. Rewards checking was mentioned most frequently, followed by online bill pay and enhanced savings and CD products.
“The results of this survey indicate that current community bank marketing generally relies heavily on mass marketing techniques over direct marketing technique for their marketing programs,” said Gordy Cain, chief executive officer of Dynamic Marketing Systems. “Community banks that wish to maintain their market penetration or remain competitive with larger banks must evaluate their marketing strategies and investment levels. By integrating marketing tools, efficient operations and deep local market expertise, a community bank can thrive in this economic environment. Many community banks have an opportunity to improve the effectiveness of their marketing programs by implementing technology-related systems.”
The survey results were compiled and provided by Align FSC and Dynamic Marketing Systems. The complete Marketing Survey Report can be viewed at www.dymasys.com.

Dynamic Marketing Systems Announces Micro Merchant
Marketing Platform for Financial Institutions
--Web-based solution provides management, customization, printing of sales and marketing assets--
Norcross, Ga., June 25, 2008 – Dynamic Marketing Systems, a provider of Web-enabled marketing resource management solutions, announced the general availability of Micro Merchant, the company’s platform designed for the unique needs of the community banking and credit union markets. Micro Merchant enables a financial institution to develop, customize and print marketing materials using a centralized Web portal.
Using Micro Merchant, financial institutions can execute the marketing material design, production and print processes in a few hours, as compared to traditional methods that involve multiple outside resources and take several weeks to complete. A marketing professional can create customized messages and promotions for the branch or individual customer ensuring consistent brand identity throughout the organization.
Micro Merchant includes a variety of design templates for every marketing activity that can be tailored by financial professionals according to the needs of the market or branch location. Each template gives marketing staff the ability to create a customized design for branch collateral such as banners, posters, inserts and advertisements. A direct mail feature offers customizable postcards, with the option of mailing directly from the Micro Merchant site. Additionally, an expanded number of display fixtures and premium items are available for branch personalization and specific marketing programs.
Micro Merchant’s sustainable print-on-demand service reduces the waste associated with large print quantities sitting in inventory and, as a result, reduces printing costs. Dynamic Marketing Systems’ platform also enables financial institutions to establish a baseline for ISO
14001 monitoring by providing a workforce efficiency and cost saving strategy for printed materials. ISO 14001 is the international specification for environmental management systems (EMS). Micro Merchant supports sustainability through its ability to manage scarce resources as effectively as possible.
“Many financial institutions today may not have the personnel or time needed to execute their marketing programs consistently,” said Gordy Cain, chief executive officer of Dynamic Marketing Systems. “Micro Merchant is an affordable Web-based solution that enables a financial institution’s marketing department to efficiently design and produce personalized materials. Our system provides financial institutions with the ability to communicate consistent brand messages across multiple branch locations and departments, a capability which is often lacking among many financial institutions.”
Micro Merchant is provided using a Software as a Service (SaaS) model requiring no software implementation and limited support by a financial institution’s IT department. Dynamic Marketing Systems offers flexible pricing based on a financial institution’s level of use.
